Qualifications

• No prior experience required but must have completed a barber training program or be willing to attend one.
• Strong interest in barbering and willingness to learn new techniques.
• Basic knowledge of hair care products and their uses.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic hair cutting, styling, and shaving services to clients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station.
• Assist senior barbers with more complex hair styling techniques.
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sanitized after each use.
