Job summary

NextPartners in Salalah, Oman is seeking an experienced babysitter to care for our children under a contract. The role requires English fluency and prior nanny experience, with strong communication and multitasking abilities. A high school diploma is required, CPR/First Aid certification preferred. Accommodation is provided.

The babysitter will create a safe, engaging environment, plan activities, prepare meals, assist with light housekeeping, and report daily to the parents.

Qualifications

• Indian nationality preferred due to cultural fit.
• Fluent in English.
• Proven experience as babysitter or nanny.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Ability to multitask and handle emergencies calmly.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe nurturing and stimulating environment for our children.
• Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities such as games crafts and outdoor play.
• Prepare meals and snacks for the children according to their dietary needs.
• Assist with basic household tasks related to the childrens care such as laundry and tidying up toys.
• Administer medication if necessary and follow any specific instructions provided by parents.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their childs day and any concerns or updates.
• Ensure the well-being of the children at all times.
