Job summary

NextPartners is seeking an Indian Caregiver to join our team in Nizwa. This full-time position offers compassionate care for elderly and disabled clients without accommodation, with training opportunities for career growth.

You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health, administer medications as prescribed, and accompany clients to appointments. Freshers are welcome to apply for this role.

Qualifications

• Must be an Indian national with a valid work permit in Nizwa.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills in English or Arabic (basic).
• Ability to work full-time without accommodation.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
• Physically fit and able to lift/move clients if needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Administer medications as prescribed by the doctor
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements
• Accompany clients to appointments and outings
• Monitor client's health and report any changes to the supervisor
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
