Job summary

Work standard in Salalah is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to promote and sell products, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The role involves cold calling, product demonstrations, and closing deals, with a focus on maintaining existing accounts and reporting on activities.

The position offers a contract with renewal potential and a competitive base salary of $1700 per month plus sales commission, along with visa sponsorship and a round-trip ticket.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or a related field
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade potential customers
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
• Must be fluent in English (Arabic language skills is a plus)
• Valid driver's license and own transportation is required

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Present and demonstrate our products to clients, highlighting their features and benefits
• Negotiate sales contracts and close deals with customers
• Maintain existing client relationships and provide excellent customer service
• Monitor market trends and competition, providing feedback to management on new products or strategies
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets within the given timeframe
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of all sales activities
