Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans using dishwashing equipment
• Ensure all dishes and utensils are properly sanitized before use
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, and stovetops
• Empty trash bins regularly and maintain clean work area at all times
• Assist with food preparation and other duties as needed
