Job summary

ConFlip is hiring a dishwasher for our restaurant in Nizwa, Oman. You will maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment, working closely with the kitchen staff to ensure a smooth operation.

Responsibilities include washing and organizing items, assisting with basic prep, and following safety guidelines. Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, may be required; accommodation is provided with the salary.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a dishwasher is preferred but not required.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays if needed.

Responsibilities

• Wash, stack, and organize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment using industrial dishwashing machines.
• Scrub pots and pans by hand as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the dishwashing area and other areas of the kitchen.
• Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly.
• Assist with food prep and basic kitchen tasks as needed.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Report any equipment or maintenance issues to management immediately.
