Job summary

PPOAR in Al Buraymi, Oman seeks a Dietitian - Nutrition Specialist to provide nutritional counseling, develop personalized meal plans, and conduct nutrition assessments. You will educate clients on healthy eating habits and promote overall wellness within a collaborative healthcare team.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, at least two years of dietetics experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional dietitian or nutritionist experience.
• Valid dietitian license or certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of nutrition principles and meal planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized nutrition assessments and develop personalized meal plans based on client's goals and needs.
• Provide ongoing nutrition counseling and education to clients.
• Monitor client progress and adjust meal plans as needed.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for clients.
• Stay up-to-date with current research and trends in the field of nutrition.
• Develop educational materials and conduct workshops on healthy eating habits.
