Key Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough nutrition assessments and creating individualized diet plans for clients based on their medical conditions, dietary preferences, and lifestyle factors.
• Providing nutrition education and counseling to clients on topics such as weight management, disease prevention, and healthy eating habits.
• Monitoring clients' progress and making necessary adjustments to their diet plans as needed.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals such as doctors and nurses to develop comprehensive treatment plans for clients with complex medical conditions.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition to provide evidence-based advice to clients.
