Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Real time testing experience / projects delivered in Dynamics CRM(On-premise) application.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, data migration and localization testing for Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms and integrated systems.
• Conduct API testing using Postman or equivalent tools.
• Design, create, and execute manual test cases covering positive and negative scenarios.
• Develop and maintain test plans aligned with project requirements and goals.
• Collaborate with all project stakeholders & Agile teams including developers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders.
• Track, log, and manage defects using JIRA tool.
• Uphold QA best practices and ensure compliance with process standards.
• Share detailed test design, test execution including defect reports and dashboards with stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (On-Premise preferred).
• Proficiency in Manual Testing techniques and methodologies.
• Experience in testing banking applications, standards, or related tools.
• Hands-on experience with CRM modules such as: Sales and Marketing , Customer 360,ClickDimensions and Customer Service
• Intermediate knowledge of Database/ SQL
