Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Floral Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in bouquet making, corsages, and centerpieces.
• Knowledge of flowers, plants, and their care instructions.
• Strong creativity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design and create unique floral arrangements based on client's preferences and event theme.
• Select flowers, plants, and decorative elements for each arrangement.
• Maintain inventory by ordering from suppliers when needed.
• Inspect flowers for freshness and discard damaged ones to ensure quality.
• Keep track of orders, payments, and delivery schedules.
• Provide excellent customer service and suggest floral options to clients.
