A leading diversified regional business in Oman is seeking a Corporate Registration Manager to oversee corporate registration and compliance. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in legal environments, strong communication skills in Arabic and English, and a comprehensive understanding of Omani regulations. The Corporate Registration Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of corporate registration, licensing, and compliance within the Sultanate of Oman. They ensure that all legal activities align with local laws and regulations and act as the primary liaison with government and regulatory bodies. Success in this role requires a minimum of ten years of experience in the legal environment and a deep understanding of Omani laws and regulations. The role demands strong organizational skills and attention to detail, managing complex legal tasks while supporting other departments in regulatory compliance.
