Job summary

India Abroad is seeking a reliable Light Driver for a contract position in Nizwa, Oman. The role involves safely transporting goods and/or passengers, following road laws, planning routes, and performing basic vehicle checks. This opportunity is open to Pakistani nationals with a valid driver’s license and prior light-vehicle experience.

Qualifications

• Pakistani national with a valid driver’s license.
• Prior experience as light driver preferred.
• Good knowledge of Nizwa roads and routes.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic a plus).
• Must be physically fit with excellent eyesight.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a light vehicle to transport goods and/or passengers.
• Follow traffic laws and regulations at all times.
• Plan efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues.
• Keep the vehicle clean and presentable at all times.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
