This is a resident position for 12 months with potential for renewal, requiring a commitment of 5 days a week.

We are looking for a Contract Engineer for one of our clients with the following details:

Location: Muscat, Oman

Start Date: January 2026

Estimated Service Duration: 12 months (renewable)

Service Status: Resident (5 days per week)

Qualification and Experience Required

• Language: Arabic AND English - Mandatory
• Candidate’s current location: Oman
• Professional Experience: +10 (incl. experience in Middle East as a preference)
• Experience in similar position (years): +10 (or in management of major international construction contracts)
• Education Level / Diploma: Engineer

Missions

• The service holder’s overall responsibility is supporting the LNG Bunkering Project in Contracts management during the Execution phase.
• The service holder is accountable for leading the contracts, procurement and expediting activities also adding the evaluation and negotiation of any contractor’s claim; support the Lead Contracts & Procurement and Project Team in all matters relating to Contracts area and shall contribute to delivery of the project in time, in budget and in accordance with HSE standards
