Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Al Buraymi is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
• Develop project plans and schedules
• Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and other construction professionals
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety standards are met
• Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates on project status
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and building codes
