Contract Construction Manager

As a Contract Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects in Nizwa. Your role will involve coordinating with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. You must have previous experience in the construction industry and be familiar with local building codes and regulations. Accommodation will not be provided for this contract position, so the ability to secure suitable housing is necessary. A valid work visa will also be required, which our company can assist with obtaining. Compensation for this role is set at 1000$ per month.
