Job summary

Avanta Works in Al Buraymi is hiring a contract Barista to join our café team. You will prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages, ensuring consistency and quality for every customer. Previous barista experience and knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art are essential.

Fluent English is required, Arabic is a plus. The role offers accommodation and visa sponsorship if needed, with a monthly salary of 1300 USD.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Barista is required.
• Knowledge of different coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art is essential.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic a plus).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take their orders.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks according to customer preferences.
• Ensure quality control by monitoring the brewing process and adjusting as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the café.
• Interact with customers in a friendly manner and provide excellent customer service.
• Handle cash transactions accurately.
• Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed.
