Job summary

Woopel is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Salalah to oversee all project phases, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality compliance. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors and lead a team to meet safety standards and specifications.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field with at least five years of experience in construction management and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
• Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and schedules, including setting goals and objectives for the project
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project
• Manage the budget and track expenses to ensure that the project stays within budget constraints
• Oversee all construction activities to ensure they are executed safely and according to plans and specifications
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to keep the project on schedule
• Handle any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
• Provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders including clients, management, and government officials
