Job description

As a Construction Manager in Nizwa you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects This includes coordinating with contractors ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget and maintaining a safe working environment You will also be responsible for managing and supervising construction workers ensuring quality workmanship and handling any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project

To excel in this role you should have strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with different stakeholders involved in the project Additionally you should have a solid understanding of construction processes and techniques as well as knowledge of safety regulations and building codes A degree in civil engineering or a related field is preferred but not required

This is a contract job suitable for both men and women with no prior experience necessary However previous experience in construction management or a related field would be an advantage

The salary for this position is $1100 per month with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company

Please note that this position does not include accommodation so candidates must arrange their own housing in Nizwa

Fluency in English is required for this role as it involves working with contractors from different backgrounds
