Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating loaders and other heavy equipment.
• Basic knowledge of construction materials and techniques.
• Ability to read and understand site plans and blueprints.
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate loaders to move materials around construction sites.
• Load and unload materials from trucks using proper safety procedures.
• Inspect equipment before each use and report any malfunctions or issues to supervisor.
• Follow site plans and blueprints to properly place materials on the site.
• Communicate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
