Job summary

Lycopodium Limited is looking for a Concrete Supervisor to join our team in Oman. The role involves maximizing the productivity and efficiency of concrete teams, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining effective communication with project managers.

The ideal candidate will possess a technical certificate or diploma, have at least 5 years of supervisory experience in mineral processing, and excel in problem-solving and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a supervisor role in mineral processing or related fields.
• Solid understanding of HSE policy and procedures.
• Experience in EPC/EPCM/Client/Owner roles is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maximize productivity and efficiency of the concrete team.
• Manage quality of results produced by concrete teams.
• Monitor progress and report on key milestones.
