Job summary

JobCenter in Salalah, Oman, is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. You will provide high-quality patient care, administer medications, and support patients and families in a diverse hospital setting.

The role requires a nursing degree, a valid license recognized by Oman MOH, and a minimum of 2 years’ hospital experience. EMR familiarity, excellent communication, and attention to detail are essential. We offer visa and ticket support for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Valid nursing license recognized by Oman MOH (India or other eligible country).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Compassionate with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assessing patient health needs and developing individualized care plans.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitoring patients' conditions and reporting any changes to the medical team.
• Educating patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and medication administration.
