Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments and document care.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Provide wound care and monitor for signs of infection.
• Assist physicians during procedures and diagnostic tests.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatments.
• Observe and report changes in patient conditions to the medical team.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure communication within the care team.
• Adhere to infection control standards and safety policies.
