Job summary

Workato in Nizwa, Oman is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support elderly clients with daily activities, medications, and emotional well-being. The role requires strong communication in English, physical fitness, and the ability to work independently in a home-care setting.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, grooming, meal prep, monitoring health, and reporting changes to supervisors with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven caregiver experience.
• English proficiency required; Arabic a plus.
• Physically capable to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Administer medication as prescribed by a physician.
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals for our clients.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to our clients.
• Keep track of client's health status and report any changes to the supervisor.
• Accompany clients on walks or other outdoor activities if needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for the client.
• Communicate effectively with the client's family members and medical professionals.
