Job summary

India Abroad is seeking a compassionate Caregiver for Khasab, Oman. You will assist elderly or disabled clients with daily tasks, provide companionship, and support health monitoring in a home-care setting.

The role involves personal care, medication reminders, meal preparation, and light housekeeping, with a focus on safety and well-being. Visa facilitation and travel tickets are offered. Part-time options may be available.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a caregiver or in a similar role.
Compassionate and empathetic toward elderly or disabled individuals.
Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Physically able to assist with mobility or personal care tasks.

Responsibilities

Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Administer medication as prescribed by a doctor.
Accompany clients to appointments and provide transportation as needed.
Plan and prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs.
Provide light housekeeping duties such as laundry and tidying up.
Engage in activities with clients to promote physical and mental stimulation.
Monitor changes in clients' health and report any concerns to family members or medical professionals.
