As a Colleague Facilities Attendant, you will play an important role in ensuring that colleagues living in company-provided accommodation enjoy a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. This position focuses on maintaining high standards of cleanliness, order, and service while supporting the well-being of colleagues.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare accommodation units for new arrivals.
  • Carry out routine cleaning of accommodation facilities and common areas.
  • Ensure all accommodation spaces meet established cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Report maintenance and repair needs promptly to the appropriate departments.
  • Assist colleagues with inquiries and requests related to accommodation services.
  • Support check-in and check-out processes by keeping accurate records of assignments.
  • Work closely with the accommodation management team to ensure colleagues’ needs are addressed.
  • Conduct regular inspections of accommodation units to identify and resolve issues.
  • Contribute to security and safety by following and promoting established protocols.
  • Encourage a sense of community and respect within the accommodation facilities.
  • Follow hygiene, health, and safety guidelines when performing duties.
