Job summary

Flyper in Al Buraymi, Oman, is seeking a Dietitian to assess, plan, and implement nutrition therapy for patients in a clinical setting. You will work with doctors and nurses to provide personalized, evidence-based nutrition recommendations that support health and recovery.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics, RD/RDN certification, at least two years of clinical experience, and excellent communication skills. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics or a related field.
• Certification as RD or RDN.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a clinical setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Understanding of anatomy, physiology and medical terminology.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nutritional assessments and developing individualized nutrition plans for patients.
• Providing nutrition education and counseling to patients based on their specific needs and goals.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Monitoring and evaluating patient progress, making adjustments to nutrition plans as needed.
• Staying up-to-date on current research and trends in the field of nutrition and incorporating this knowledge into practice.
• Maintaining accurate records of patient consultations and treatment plans.
