A leading HR solutions provider in Oman is seeking a Claims Assistant. You will be responsible for processing and verifying claims and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in life or credit claims within the GCC insurance market. Strong knowledge of insurance principles and excellent English communication skills are required. This role is crucial for ensuring timely claim settlements and coordination with clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of insurance principles and claims procedures.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the assessment and processing of Group Life and Credit claims.
  • Verify documentation and ensure claims are handled in line with company policies.
  • Coordinate with clients, brokers, and internal departments to resolve queries.
  • Maintain accurate claim records and prepare periodic reports.
  • Support the Claims Officer/Manager in day-to-day tasks.
