Job summary

Vantor seeks an experienced Chief of Analysis to lead intelligence production and analytical operations in support of defense and national security missions in the GCC. You will serve as the senior leader for day-to-day management and execution of intelligence analysis across the organization, coordinating with military leadership and senior stakeholders.

Based in the GCC, the role may require travel within the region and support for dynamic military environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years leading military analytic teams in joint environments.
• Experience directing multinational analytical teams and intelligence production.
• Proven ability to brief senior military and government leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day intelligence analysis and PED operations.
• Direct analytical activities to align with requirements and priorities.
• Provide mentorship and development to analysts and team leads.
• Establish and enforce analytical standards and QA processes.
• Review and approve intelligence products prior to dissemination.
