A luxury hospitality group in Muscat is seeking an experienced Italian Sous Chef. This role is pivotal for managing the Italian Kitchen, ensuring high standards of quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction while operating within budget. The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with luxury international brands. Strong culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen management practices are essential.

Summary: You will be accountable for the efficient running of the Italian Kitchen according to Hyatt International's Approaches and brand criteria, while meeting guest, colleague and proprietor expectations. The Italian Sous Chef is responsible for managing the appointed kitchen as an independent profit facility, in accordance with the outlet's operating concept and Hyatt International requirements, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget and assisting to ensure the outlet's financial success.
