Our ideal candidate is passionate about food, has excellent culinary skills, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment. The Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in creating menus and recipes that are innovative, delicious, and visually appealing
  • Oversee food preparation and ensure dishes are cooked to perfection
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring they follow proper food handling and safety procedures
  • Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following sanitation guidelines
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef on new menu items based on seasonal ingredients or customer feedback
Requirements
