Job summary

FlexiRemote Solutions in Oman is seeking a Certified Personal Trainer for a full-time role, including weekends, to assess clients and craft personalized workout plans. You will demonstrate exercises, motivate clients, and monitor progress while promoting healthy nutrition habits.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience, fluent English, and the ability to work with diverse populations within an Oman-based environment. Visa to work in Oman is required or arranged.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer from a reputable organization.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal training.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work full-time including weekends as per client demand.
• Experience working with diverse populations including women, Pakistanis, Nepalis, etc.
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and nutrition.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to determine goals and limitations.
• Develop personalized workout plans aligned with goals and abilities.
• Instruct clients on proper exercise techniques for safety and effectiveness.
• Motivate and support clients throughout their fitness journey with encouragement and accountability.

• Educate clients on nutrition and healthy eating habits.
• Keep up-to-date with latest fitness trends and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments and consultations with clients to determine their current fitness level goals and any specific limitations or injuries
• Develop personalized workout plans for clients that align with their fitness goals and abilities
• Instruct clients on proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness
• Motivate and support clients throughout their fitness journey by providing encouragement feedback and accountability
• Track client progress through regular check-ins and adjust workout plans accordingly
• Educate clients on the importance of proper nutrition and offer guidance on healthy eating habits
• Keep up-to-date with the latest fitness trends research and techniques to continuously improve your training methods

Requirements

• Certified Personal Trainer from a reputable organization
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal training
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work full-time including weekends as per client demand
• Experience working with diverse populations including women Pakistanis Nepalis etc

Salary

The salary for this position is 1300$ per month
