CASHIER

We are a leading deluxe chocolates manufacturer committed to creating the finest chocolates with a spirit of development and strong synergy throughout the company. We are expanding in the GCC and are seeking Specialist Cashiers to join our branches in Oman.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

1. Handle cash, credit transactions, and verify customer purchases.
2. Operate POS (Point of Sale) system proficiently.
3. Check and enter items, process payments.
4. Ensure pricing accuracy.
5. Manage adjustments, invoices, refunds, or tickets.
6. Redeem stamps and coupons.
7. Count cash in registers at the start and end of shifts to ensure accuracy and sufficient change.
8. Make sales referrals, cross-sell products, and introduce new items.
9. Resolve customer complaints, provide guidance, and offer appropriate information.
10. Bag items carefully.
11. Greet customers upon entry and exit.
12. Maintain clean and organized checkout areas.
13. Keep records of transactions.
14. Process returns and check for damaged products.
15. Answer customer inquiries and escalate to management if needed.
16. Wrap or box packages as required.
17. Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.
