Our client is Middle East's leading provider of mobile, off-grid solar-hybrid microgrids, delivering clean, reliable power to construction, oil & gas, logistics, and industrial customers across the region. With the largest installed base of temporary off-grid hybrid systems in the GCC and majority of the market share in mobile camps, we help clients cut diesel costs, reduce emissions, and improve operational performance.

About the Role

Our client is fast-growing and are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to help expand and deepen their customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the companies commercial strategy in Oman
  • Identify and win new business opportunities in construction, O&G, EPCs, mining, logistics and industrial sectors
  • Generate qualified leads, build a strong pipeline, and manage the full sales cycle
  • Conduct customer visits, site assessments, commercial presentations, and proposal reviews
  • Lead tenders, pricing, negotiations, and contract finalisation
  • Maintain and grow long-term relationships with key stakeholders (clients, partners,government entities)
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Operations, Finance) to ensure alignment and smooth delivery
  • Represent the company at customer meetings, site visits, and industry events.
Qualifications
  • Min. 5 years of B2B sales or account management experience
  • Experience in energy, construction, O&G services, equipment rental, or industrial projects
  • Ability to manage complex technical discussions with customers and strong commercial sense to handle large contracts.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, solution-driven mindset
  • Based in Musact, Oman or willing to relocate
  • English and Arabic fluent.
