Bilingual Waiter/Waitress in Muscat (English Speaking)

We are seeking a bilingual waiter/waitress to join our team at a high-end restaurant in the beautiful city of Muscat. As a bilingual waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely manner
• Communicate with guests in both English and their preferred language
• Make menu recommendations and answer any questions about menu items
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism
• Ensure tables are clean and set for new guests
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders

Requirements

• Fluent in both English and the language preferred by the majority of our guests (e.g. Arabic)
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills

Salary

The salary for this position is $1200 per month.

Location

This position is located in Muscat, Oman.

Working Hours

This is a part-time position with flexible working hours that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
