Job summary

Green Umbrella Recruitment in Muscat, Oman, is hiring a Barista for a full-time, on-site position. You will prepare and serve a range of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages following company recipes, while ensuring quality and speed of service in a welcoming environment.

The role requires 2–3 years of Barista experience, a high school diploma (barista training an advantage), and GCC experience. Accommodation may be provided and the contract includes visa support and overtime

Qualifications

Diploma or certificate in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Barista Training is an advantage.
Minimum 2–3 years of Barista experience in a café, restaurant, hotel, or specialty coffee shop.
GCC experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and other specialty beverages according to company recipes and standards.
Maintain beverage quality and consistency; ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Work closely with café/restaurant team to ensure efficient service and daily operations.
