Barista - Nizwa

We are in search of a skilled Barista to join our team in Nizwa. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious coffee and tea beverages to our customers. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Take orders and prepare coffee, tea, and other hot/cold beverages according to customer preferences
• Ensure quality control by measuring and grinding coffee beans, monitoring brewing temperatures, and maintaining clean equipment
• Provide recommendations on our menu items based on customer preferences
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques is preferred
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position.
