Job summary

NovaMart Procurement in Khasab is seeking an experienced Indian Barista to craft coffee and tea beverages while delivering friendly service to customers. The role requires prior barista experience and a passion for high-quality drinks in a fast-paced setting.

As part of the team, you will operate espresso machines and grinders, manage orders, and ensure cleanliness and accuracy at the bar. Flexibility to work weekends or holidays is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from different backgrounds.
• Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and techniques.
• Familiarity with operating espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea-based drinks according to customer orders.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area.
• Maintain knowledge of all menu items and ingredients to assist customers with their orders.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other equipment properly.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies when needed.
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
