As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating delicious and high-quality coffee and tea beverages for our customers. Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take their orders in a friendly and efficient manner
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards
• Ensure quality control by monitoring the taste, temperature, and appearance of drinks
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or questions
• Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including counters, equipment, and dining tables
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of different types of coffee beans, roasts, brewing methods, and latte art
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds

Salary: $1300 per month (tax-free) + tips
