Baker

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team in Nizwa. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. You will also be in charge of maintaining inventory levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes
• Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
• Decorate pastries and cakes as required
• Maintain inventory levels by ordering supplies as needed
• Ensure all equipment is clean and in good working condition
• Adhere to all food safety standards and regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker
• Knowledge of baking techniques and recipes
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Must have own visa or be eligible to work in Nizwa without accommodation provided

Salary: $1300 per month (depending on experience)
