Job summary

IFFCOTECH Limited FZC in Oman is seeking a Production and Process Lead to ensure optimal utilization of production systems and methods. You will drive uptime of refinery plant and machinery while controlling oil losses, utilities, and chemical consumption per budget.

The successful candidate will ensure product quality, coordinate with supply chain and customer service for bulk filling and by-product lifting, and lead the refinery team with a strong emphasis on safety, hygiene, and continuous

Qualifications

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Chemical / Oil Technology with specialization in Edible Oil Processing.

Responsibilities

• Understand, reflect & practice IFFCO’s vision & values.
• Uptime of all plant and machineries in the refinery complex.
• Control the oil losses, utilities and chemical consumption within agreed budget.
• Ensuring quality of all the final products as per company prescribed norms.
• Co ordination with supply chain to ensure consistent and agreed supply to filing and Margarine deptt.
• Co ordinate with customer service deptt for bulk filling and by product lifting
• Ensuring accidents are thoroughly investigated and preventive measures are taken to avoid repetition of the same cause.
• Co ordinate with maintenance deptt to execute preventive and breakdown maintenance in refinery.
• Handling and disposal of raw and final products
• Ensuring hygiene of all the plants as per company norms
• Motivate and nurture the refinery team
