Job description

• Assist in audit field work and data analysis.
• Carry out risk analysis and assist in preparing the audit plan or program, focusing on IT applications, information, telecom processes, and governance reviews.
• Assist in preparing the Internal Audit Plan.
• Conduct internal audits and reviews, produce reports highlighting audit findings and issues, and provide recommendations to improve business processes.
• Execute IT auditing tools to perform effective and efficient tests of key controls.
• Document audit work, conclude on audit test results, and assess the overall effectiveness of controls.
• Provide technical consultation to Audit Division staff and escalate issues to senior management.
• Follow up on issues with senior managers to ensure resolutions are implemented.
• Draft audit reports in accordance with division standards to clearly communicate risks and audit issues.
• Maintain current knowledge of internal auditing standards and contribute to the development of audit methodologies.
• Review the technical design of network, application, and IT assets during audits.
• Perform periodic checks on telecom assets to identify vulnerabilities.
• Maintain follow-up registers and assist in producing follow-up audit reports.
• Pursue professional development and share knowledge with colleagues.
• Stay updated on new standards, business developments, and guidance relevant to telecom.
• Assist in special reviews or investigations as requested.
• Support in preparing reports for the Senior Manager of Technology Audit.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
