The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in IT or related fields and 2–4 years of experience in application monitoring or IT operations. Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Application Monitoring, IT Operations, or similar roles.
• Experience in collecting, managing, and analyzing application logs.
• Continuous learning mindset, staying updated with new monitoring technologies.

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor application performance metrics.
• Analyze performance bottlenecks for optimization.
• Collect and manage application logs for stability.
• Set up and maintain alerting systems for health metrics.
• Log incidents immediately upon detection.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure application stability.
