Job summary

Müller’s Solutions is seeking an Emerging Technologies Support Specialist to provide technical support and guidance for our innovative technology solutions. You will interact with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure successful implementation of AI, IoT, and blockchain tools.

You will help clients understand and optimize technology applications, conduct trainings, and stay abreast of advances in emerging tech to deliver informed support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–4 years in technical support or a similar role in emerging technologies.
• Familiarity with AI, IoT, and blockchain.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients using emerging technologies, including AI, IoT, and blockchain solutions
• Assist in troubleshooting issues and resolving technical problems efficiently
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and document common issues and resolutions
• Conduct training sessions and webinars for clients to enhance their understanding of emerging technologies
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in emerging technologies to provide informed support
• Assist in the development of user guides, FAQs, and documentation for technology solutions
• UI/UX testing
