Pathways Health Ltd in Waikanae is seeking an energetic Youth Worker to join the OTIS Youth Team. You will provide tailored support to one or two taiohi (young people), helping them build strengths, achieve goals, and enhance their wellbeing.
Role involves working with clinical staff to design personalised plans, using trauma-informed approaches, and engaging in activities aimed at holistic development. Shifts are evenings, with two PM positions available.

We provide health and wellbeing services working with local community agencies to help taiohi aged 12-25 develop life skills and build strong connections, including their school, employer, whānau, and friends.

Role 1:Tuesday to Saturday, 3:00pm - 11:30pm
Role 2:Sunday to Thursday, 3pm- 11:30pm
