Qualifications

• Teamwork and communication are essential.
• Experience developing and delivering programmes for children/young people.
• Proven ability to build relationships within the local community.
• Experience coordinating staff and managing teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to switch between admin and programme delivery.
• Ability to build rapport with young people quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of youth programmes for children/young people.
• Oversee a wide variety of programmes with rangatahi, schools and community partners.
• Ensure programmes are values-led, inspiring and memorable.
• Coordinate staff and manage programme administration and delivery.
