Qualifications

• Experience in junior school (Years 2–4) with structured literacy.
• Strong writing instruction and feedback skills.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed practices to foster inclusive classrooms.
• Demonstrated relational pedagogy and ability to build positive learner-teacher relationships.

Responsibilities

• Teach across learning areas including English, health and physical education, mathematics, science, social sciences, technology, te reo Māori and the arts.
• Collaborate with colleagues, whanau and students to support each child’s learning journey.
