Job summary

Yd Incorporated in Auckland is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, elevate team performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences on the shop floor. You will lead daily operations, coach a high-performing team and foster a customer-obsessed culture in a fast-paced fashion retail environment, with ongoing training and career development opportunities.

POSITION PURPOSE

As Assistant Store Manager, you will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, elevate team performance, and create an environment where both customers and team want to be.
You’ll play a key role in leading the daily operations of the business while building a high-performing, customer obsessed culture.
