Stantec in New Zealand is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Water team. You will lead delivery of drinking water, wastewater, and groundwater infrastructure projects across New Zealand, coordinating with engineers, contracts managers and clients to ensure successful outcomes.

The role requires about 5 years of experience in engineering/build project management and a proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects within high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in engineering/build project management.
• Track record delivering complex infrastructure/three waters projects.
• Strong organisational skills and financial acumen.
• Experience working directly with clients to understand requirements.
• Fostering team performance and being an effective communicator.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple water projects concurrently with strong governance.
• Coordinate with engineers, contracts managers and project managers to ensure delivery.
• Support bids & proposals to secure future work.
