Qualifications

• Extensive experience in digital engineering within infrastructure or water.
• Proven ability to lead digital delivery standards and workflows.
• Hands-on approach: contribute to project delivery while coaching others.
• Experience supporting or leading digital transformation initiatives within engineering environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement at project and leadership levels.
• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in digital delivery.
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering (preferred) or equivalent industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support digital delivery across water projects, contributing to modelling, design, and technical outputs.
• Establish and embed consistent modelling standards, workflows, and quality frameworks.
• Act as a technical advisor to the Water Leadership Team on digital engineering practices.
• Drive improvements in tools, systems, and processes to enhance efficiency and delivery outcomes.
• Coach and uplift capability within project teams across the country.
• Support the adoption and implementation of ISO 19650-aligned practices.
• Contribute to strategic direction for digital engineering within the water sector.
• Enhance client outcomes through high-quality, reliable digital delivery.
