Fletcher Building Limited’s Mico Auckland Distribution Centre is seeking a Warehouse Operator to join a dynamic team. You will support the Auckland metropolitan, regional, and national customers with hundreds of Mico product deliveries daily, performing picking, packing, dispatch, and stock control tasks.

The role requires forklift operation, a current NZ Class 1 licence, and a safety‑minded, physically fit, reliable team player who can work with minimal supervision while supporting the wider

• Previous experience in warehouse or distribution environment.
• Physically fit with ability to lift heavy loads (25kgs) and perform manual handling.
• Valid NZ Class 1 drivers' licence is essential.
• Forklift experience with F endorsement is desirable.
• Strong work ethic, reliability and team player.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Join Micos Auckland Distribution Centre as a Warehouse Operator in this varied, hands‑on role where you will play a key part in servicing our Auckland metropolitan, regional, and national customers with hundreds of Mico product deliveries every day.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Picking, packing and dispatching orders accurately and on time
• Receiving and checking incoming goods against delivery documents
• Loadings and Unloading trucks safety including devanning containers
• Coordinate daily dispatch, checking and completing delivery paperwork
• Completing stocktakes, cycle counts and reporting stock discrepancies
• Maintaining accurate dispatch and freight records
• Processing returned stock and reporting damaged or missing products
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workplace through general housekeeping
• Operate a Forklift

Permanent full‑time role based at our Auckland Distribution Centre located in Mangere offering 40 hours per week Monday to Friday from 8:00AM - 4:30PM with occasional rostered Saturdays as and when business needs require.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you'll have previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment. You'll be safety-focused, physically fit, and confident operating a forklift. Most importantly, you'll be organised, reliable, and a team player who can work independently while supporting the wider team to meet daily operational requirements.

• Previous experience working in a warehouse, distribution centre or similar environment
• Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting (25kgs) and manual handling tasks
• Full NZ Class 1 drivers' licence is Essential
• Forklift experience with F endorsement is desirable
• Strong work ethic and an approachable, down-to-earth attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
